It all starts here.

The only prerequisites are that you can swim 200 metres and are over 14.

All stages of instruction are carried out by a fully qualified trainer.

This course comprises of the following modules :-

 

Classroom/online theory lessons and assessment.

Sheltered water training dives ( in the pool ) with a qualified instructor.

Five open water lessons to develop the skills learnt in the pool.

​

Club kit is available, but trainees are encouraged to purchase their own mask and fins.
